Har-Bal .mfl Filter Bank
Use this forum to post a link to the mp3 you have that needs a filter, then, go to http://www.har-bal.com/members.php later to retreive filter(s) that have been submitted by other users. Be aware these filters only work in the Har-Bal application.
To load the filter after downloading from our server open Har-Bal/Load your wave file/Click on File/Filter/Open and point it at the folder where your filter resides and click ok. Thats all there is to it.
