Sync'ing Har-Bal to external source

I've a couple times this week wished I could sync Har-Bal (running on my PC) to my Pro Tools rig (running on my Mac).

Is this possible?

I like to do a similar thing when I run Melodyne on my PC and send the 'fixed' vocals back into PT. This way I can use my PC as a 'Windoze' plug-in host.
