Do I need to uninstall before upgrade?

Hi folks. I have a basic question about Har-Bal... do I need to uninstall my present version to upgrade or do I just install over it? Any help appreciated, thanks.

There is no problem with installing over it, but to be on the safe side, you might want to install it in a serperate folder so that you have version 1.5 to fall back on if 1.51 does not function as expected. If after using it without trouble you can unistall 1.5 or reinstall 1.51 over it. The choice is yours.
