Without actually hearing the track, (and assuming that it is a full mix), visually there is a boost at what looks like 280Hz which can cause problems with clarity (ie: muddiness) and playback on boomboxes. If you have (or know someone who has) WaveLab 6 there is an extraordinary time stretcher/pitch shifter processor in this program. I had to time stretch a file almost to half speed and I was amazed at the quality. To my ears it was as good as anything Melodyne was doing.

Bonzo I'd like to add a comment about Magneto as I often use it on my clients' masters. If your levels going into Magneto don't exceed 0 dBFS then your output will never be over 0 dBFS.
