My first suggestion would be to go to m audio's web site and make sure you have the most recent driver for your sound device.

No kidding? I didn't know you did that...looks like I may be taking a business trip to Atlanta this coming spring/summer.

While I wouldn't call it the best maximizer, I really like what Magneto does, it does boost the sound, but to me it's the saturation that sells me on it...for just maximizing, I have to agree, L2 rocks.

SO... You reduce the hiss/noise with a plugin? a hardware? Somebody can help me? Cheers Fred Sonic Foundry had some older plugins for noise reduction that worked very well, I still use them for NR jobs. However, since Sony bought all of Sonic Foundry's desktop apps, I haven't seen or heard anything...

I agree about the looping function...what I would like to see is a small view of the songs waveform, and beginning and end sliders that default to the very beginning and end of the track, but can be moved in to any location to set loop points...like have the loop points above the wave form and the l...

Though it's much the same, I have always found this article kinda helpful...I used it to make some presets in my parametric EQ's to work as starting points for my mixing.

Ya know, just thinking about this, would it be possible to show a small version of the actual wave below the timeline, so we would know visually where we are dragging to...maybe be able to highlight a section of the have for quick and easy looping and such things...sometimes I want to find a spot of...

don't get into the "make it prettier" debate with Paavo, it's a loosing battle, trust me.

How about putting the text down in a status bar at the bottom of the application or something along those lines?
