hey earle, glad im not going crazy, wasn`t sure for a second though :? i took these readings from the whole track within wavlab ....analysis > global analysis > analyze could it be that certain parts of the track are much louder than others but is disguised within the linmb or something? the track d...

1. You mix down your tracks to a two track. mixdown from cubase with no master effects present balance in harbal, use "match loudness" against a comercial cd. back to 0.0 then record 2. You master the two track. open it up with wavlab, use linmbwith an upward compessor of +3 set gains to 5...

very loud. my amp is only at mark 2, im wondering if it has something to do with my pulsar card. its a mystery. even tried it on nero but it hasnt made all that much difference (if any)

im always a bit cofused about the liner. i thought it was a multiband compressor but surly what would be the point of that if youve balanced it in harbal? wouldnt mind that email though
