OK, I reinstalled 1.51 and downloaded the updated libsndfile.dll Now when I open HB from the Sonar tools menu, HB successfully analyzes the file but no graph is displayed. It's as if it analyzes the file but then doesn't open it for editing. Iit seems to be analyzing the file in batch mode (ie: the ...

Paavo, Yes, HB does indeed open and start to analyze the clip (which is just a .wav file). Then it crashes with the error. db, try something like this. You can paste this into a .reg file and run it. You may have to change some paths accordingly : REGEDIT32 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Cakewalk Musi...

Yes, I did install 1.51 on top of 1.50. I assumed that in order to retain the user license info, you had to install on top of the existing version ? Is this not so ? Anyway, I've since re-installed 1.50 and am quite happy with that version, so unfortunately I've not been able to try any of the above...

Note to Paavo: Just to clarify what I mean by 'won't play'. It's not that I can't hear any audio per se, but the slider widget doesn't even move at all when I click the play button. It's as if HB thinks its at the end of the file or something (which is probably why I can't drag the slider either). M...

Cool - another Project5 user !
Unfortunately I've been unable to fully utilize mine on my existing DAW, as it's too old and slow, but it's a cool app.

1.51 - unable to play
Hi, Has anybody seen this in 1.51 ? I opened a track that was previously analyzed with 1.50 (not sure if this has anything to do wth the problem). I was unable to drag the file position slider and clicking the play button did nothing at all. Simply couldn't get HB to play the file. This was only the...

Re: Command Line Support - PLEASE !
I've stated in this forum in the past that it would be great for SONAR users to be able to use Har-Bal from the Tools menu (automatically opening the selected clip/audio). All that needs to be done in Har-Bal woud be to have the program accept command line arguments (ie: the filespec). Then In HB, ...
