In your Tutorial on each of the Song examples it says something like,"Looking at the Spectrum we see that it extends from around 50Hz to 10kHz with a subdued mid-range & a prominence at 5kHz. We start by selecting the IntuitQ cursor & then applying it to the frequency range from 59Hz t...

Match Loudness operation??

I get through Har-Balizing a Song, pull up my saved Filter File for Reference & make final adjustments. Now I click on Match Loudness Cursor then select the Peak ranges in the Song but nothing happens. What am I missing?

Thanks,

Seperation Mastering... hmmm. Sounds like yet another way to pump up the cost of mastering. I do Har-Balize (is that a word?) individual mono and stereo tracks. This is why I requested that Har-Bal have the ability to sync to an external source. I could HB on the fly with the rest of the tracks. Wh...

I'm using Har-Bal & like it. I'm not criticizing, I'm just wondering if any of these other Softwares are necessary. I'm wondering what they might do that Har-Bal doesn't or vice-versa.

Thanks,

I opened Ref. File. All that is there are the tutorial Refs. I see source file & filter file. I'm not seeing File/Ref?open item. Please assist. Aplying IntuitQ is easy. Figuring out what Freq.Levels at opposite ends of Spectrum & from that point on gets hazy. I'm not skilled enough to listen...
