Haven't had a chance to read it in detail but I read the introduction and agreed totally with it's setiments. 192kHz is overkill in my view though you'll no doubt hear many people saying how superior it is to 88.1 or 96kHz sampling. After I've had a chance to read it thoroughly I'll give you a more thorough appraisal but on the face of it, it looks very good and mathematically accurate.
