I recently upgraded to Har-Bal 3.0 for Mac and successfully installed the support files and the application. But on the download page there is a link to a "Har-Bal Player." What does it do? Do I need to download that as well?

It's a freely distributable player for demonstrating Har-Bal. You don't need to download it. See here for an example set:

One suggestion: It would be EXTREMELY helpful to post the install directions on the Download page. I had to comb the forums just to find out how to install the Mac version correctly. Someone else on a different music forum said they didn't know what do do with the three Mac files.
