For Separation Mastering Benefit

Post by Bracelet Z »

Hello.

Maybe it was already mentioned, but still...:

1. Possibility to import 2, 3 or 4 audio files.

2. Possibility to EQ each separately while monitoring in normal and solo modes.

3. Possibility to export in normal and solo modes.

This way we could separately tune the main tracks of the mix. For example: kick&bass, vocals, instruments. We would also see the spectrum view of each track.

That would be awesome! Paavo, You should agree with me, shouldn't You?

Sincerely,
Zilvinas Zusinas

Thanks. That does indeed sound very interesting. I'll keep it in mind for future revisions but I don't see it coming out too early. I think there needs to be quite a few other changes first to support your very good idea.

Cheers,

Paavo.

I second this request. I envision a Har-Bal mastering suite where we can load main tracks like suggested above and then compare/tweak them against each other. Sometimes I find I want to modify just one instrument within a freq range without having to go back to the original mix, fixing it, and re-exporting the mix.
