error -7401

Post by agaudieri »

I am running G5 Mac OSX 10.3.9 with Protools 6.9.1 and whenever I try to use my Audiosuite pug-ins, I get this error, DAE -7401.
It's a G5 so the memory is more than enough.
Help!

Hi man, Try trashing the preferences, if that doesnt work, uninstall reinstall, protools, if that doenst work check to see digidesign website for your computers hardware compatibility. if all seems to be in order, email digidesign support, there normally pretty good.

Agaudien

Go to Setups->Playback Engine->DAE Buffer and increase buffer size or update Pro Tools on www.digidesign.com - support- downloads- updates
