Hi, I'm interested in buying your product and I just looked at the faq section where you say you offer a "30 day (no questions asked) money back guarantee " I was just wondering how you can offer this for a program that you download? How can you stop someone buying it then asking for a refund but still using it? I understand the reasons for you limiting the demo to 8bit but you cannot assess the quality of the filters or the actual sound and fidelity of the eq without buying the product. I'm sure it is very good quality from reading the reviews but it would be nice to know for sure that I could get a refund if I don't like the sound of it (without being able to just keep it anyway, seems crazy)
Could I have your thoughts on this?
Thankyou,
Dave.

They supply a temporary key that is good for 30 days. You get a permanent key after 30 days, if you don't ask for a refund. (I'm still in the 30-day period, so I'm not sure whether they supply the permanent key or you have to ask for it.)
