I appreciate your frustration but I have a complicated family life which limits how much I can possibly do. To force out an Mac port at the rate you require would stress me and my family and would come down particularly hard on my two young kids who'd have to bare the brunt of my irritation. As such progress is slow. Perhaps if Har-Bal was a $1k product then I'd may feel differently but Earle and I aren't exactly loaded with cash so our options for speeding up development are rather limited.
