Wave Dimond is making pro tools crash

Post by Quest Music »

Waves.Diamond.Bundle.5.0 plug ins is making my Pro Tools LE 7.1 crash

This started happening like a week ago, everything was working fine before
I don’t know why it started doing this.

here is what happens {Everything is fine until i open any session that’s using any wave plug-in, the funny thing is that if i open a new session they work just fine until i close it and then re opened...

it gives me this error that say ( Run time error !)
"Program: C:/program file/digidesig/protools/protoolsLE.exe"

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in unusual way."

Then when i click OK to exit that error box another one pops up and it say
" D:/proyects/reWireDLL/portable/ReWireDLL.cpp(982) :VERIFY failure "

Then after that happens, Pro tools shuts down...

Can some body help me please???? :( :(

Sorry I can't help but it I thought I might add that it may be related to why the Digi ASIO driver and Har-Bal don't get along! Sounds like a memory corruption issue due to using unitialised variables. As to whether it is PT or Waves is anybodies guess.
