About a week ago my computer died and I lost everything on my Hard Drive. After reinstalling windows I just wanted to get my programs back in place and move on and forget the whole thing. I e-mailed the help desk at Har-bal and although I would have been satisfied to have received a response in a day or two, I decided to check my e-mail about 15 minutes later. There to my delight was a message from Earle with my link to the program I love so much. As pleased as that made me, I have to tell you, I really wasn't all that surprised. Pretty typical of every time I have contacted them.
