I have landed a deal with the Yamaha Corp to Do presentations for their
new product line of controlers

That's really cool, Triniti, I landed a deal with this groovy company called "Har-Bal" to do presentation and sales for them
I have deals of that nature with a few places actually, it's quite cool and fun, and ya get to feel "in the know" which always feels good.

is it just controllers? im looking at a pair of msp5 monitors, know anything about them?

Yamaha as many great products such as the widely used Or2.
The new products are DM1000V2 01V96V2 02R96V2 DM2000V2 01V96 01V96 DM1000 01X
I have taken the O1x on a road test and here is what I have realized,
The O1x is indeed a controller and alot more,using firewire to communicate with the pc ( pc or mac )
you have a controller,sound card, midi device and a 4 bus digital mixer
with snapshot and recall of all settings.
When used with Cubase/Nuendo ver 3 the level of intergration goes even further intergrating studio manager into the daw itself.
Howevere if your a fan of Sonar,Digital Performer or Logic; you can also enjoy the benifits of the O1x. All of the new digital mixers offer the same fuctions and features of the O1x the
The Possibility of the O1x and all other of Yamahas digital mixers controlling HARBAL is planned.
