hey peeps,

is the spectral profile of a copyrighted piece of music also included in that copyright?

I have already checked on this. There is no law that stops you from copying the spectral image of a song. You are not copying the song itself only the placement of the frequencies in the sound spectrum. That is not something that can be copywritten.
