Creamware Scope ASIO & Har-Bal

Post by dbmac »

I'm a new Har-Bal owner. I'm trying to get it to work with a Scope audio card from Creamware. I have to use the Multimedia driver in the HarBal driver options - the ASIO choice results in glitchy playback. Is this normal?

Also, how does Har-Bal handle 32bit float wav files - truncate to 24 bit?

Thanks,

If you are receiving a glitchy playback it means that you need to increase your buffer size in your sound card. Har-Bal handles any bit size your sound card handles.

Thanks. Increasing latency buffers from 4ms to 23ms eliminated playback glitches.
