Hi there

I am a UK customer and I wasn't sent a link for the new version. Should I email you guys or email the Uk distributor that I purchased Harbal from?

You should email support@har-bal.com . The distributors only handle the initial sales. Any support inquiries they get are just forwarded to us as is.
