Drums and Bass submix suggestion/help.

Hi guys,

I've got 2 questions: -

1. The easy question...As the current IntuitQ is not perfect for doing submix or individual tracks, will ver 2.2 be helpful in this area? Especially for drums + bass sub mix?

2. I'm currently remixing some tracks and I'm starting from the root of the mix, which is the drum and bass sub mix. I don't quite have a reference for such sub mix, so all I've got is the drum_set.anl http://www.see-consulting.com/temp/My-B ... -graph.jpg I did not edit the graph.

Would you guys be so kind to take a look if my submix of bass & drums is OK? This is actually a rock/metal submix. Here's the small mp3 link http://www.see-consulting.com/temp/BassNDrums.mp3 that produces that graph above.

Any hints on improvements would be much appreciated.

PS: These drums and bass were actually programmed in MIDI.

Thanks Earle.

I currently now has a slight ear infection, so listening to bassy stuff is not going to be accurate at all. So, they both sounded similar. But, visually looking at both via HarBal, the first graph seems to have more room for distortion rhythm guitars.

Thanks, again. These 2 shall serve as my reference in the future.
