We realise that every once in awhile our customers may have a song that they are having trouble or issues with when it comes time for mastering. We are offering a limited service where our customers can submit troublesome material for mastering with nothing but our Har-Bal software, on the proviso that user submitted material can be featured in a demonstration video which will be made available on the Har-Bal website, or via YouTube. We’ll also of course update successful submissions by email on the progress of this service.
