If you have any type of problem, have any suggestions or have any questions regarding this software please contact the author. Please DO NOT contact the supplier of the registered software as they only process software registrations and will not be able to answer your questions. If you have a bug to report please supply a short description of the problem. The information supplied should include the steps required to duplicate the fault (if at all possible) and pertinent information about your PC. Please supply the following information when submitting a bug report:

• Product Version. The version number of your product as displayed in the Help About dialog.
• Error Messages. The exact wording of any error messages that may have been displayed.
• Description of Task. A brief but precise description of the exact task you where attempting. This is most helpful if the problem can be reproduced by following the steps outlined in the problem description.
• Operating System Used. Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7.
• Processor make and model.
• Sound Card Make and Model. This information is important as it can have some bearing upon general software faults.

If possible could you also supply a contact address or email address in case we require additional information about the reported problem. We are also welcoming of any suggestions and or criticisms regarding this product. All input is welcome and imperative toward the future improvement of Har-Bal Harmonic Balancer.
